1. What Lustly is

Lustly is a chat service for adults with sexual content. The persons you chat with are fictional. They are driven by pre-written text and rules, not by a human and not by a language model. Pictures and videos are computer-generated and do not depict real people.

What never appears

Lustly is explicit, and that is exactly why the lines are sharp. Every person is an adult, with a stated age. Everything that happens is wanted by both, and a stop always counts, in the chat and in a connected device. Nothing is degrading: plain words about the body yes, insults about people no. No violence, no coercion, no drugs, no family relations, no animals, no real people. Women and men have the same worth and the same range, and no orientation is treated as odd. No racism, no ethnic stereotypes. If you find something that breaks this we want to know: write to us and it will be removed.

2. Age

You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age where you are, to use Lustly. By continuing past the age question you confirm that you are.

3. The Handy

If you connect a Handy to Lustly, it is done with your own connection key, directly from your browser to the manufacturer's servers. The key is stored only in your browser and is never sent to us. You are responsible for how you use the device. The Stop button and the Esc key stop it at any time. The Handy is a trademark of Sweet Tech AS; Lustly is not affiliated with them.

4. No account, nothing stored

Lustly requires no account. The conversation exists only in your browser while the page is open and disappears when you close it. Your choices (language, who you want to meet, sound, settings for your Handy) are stored locally in your browser so you don't have to choose again. Read more under Privacy.

5. What you may and may not do

You may use Lustly for your own personal use. You may not copy, sell or distribute text, pictures or videos from the service, and you may not attempt to disrupt or circumvent it. The content is protected by copyright.

6. Liability

Lustly is provided as is. We do not guarantee that the service is always available or free of errors, and we are not liable for damage arising from how you use the service or a connected device.

7. Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top shows which version is in effect.
